The contents of the Handbook abide by a classical academic approach to Commercial Law. It begins with a conceptual delimitation of the commercial legal framework and then analyses the legislation that controls or delimits the concept and the activity of businesspersons in economic transactions. The Handbook of Spanish Business Law is specifically appropriate for the bilingual Degree in Law.
